Situated amidst tranquility, Tumble Hill Campground offers a peaceful and expansive retreat. With approximately 40 sites, including cozy cabins, most equipped with full hookups for water, sewer, and electric, our campground ensures a comfortable stay. For those seeking a more rustic experience, we also provide primitive sites for outdoor enthusiasts.

But that’s just the beginning of the adventure. Explore our hiking and biking trails, unwind in our playground complete with a sandbox, or engage in friendly competitions of shuffleboard, horseshoes, and volleyball. Basketball enthusiasts will find their court, while our Rec Hall offers a variety of games and crafts for the little ones. Don’t forget to stock up on essentials at our camp store, and rest assured knowing that ice and firewood are readily available.

Our amenities cater to every need, including spacious sites, a designated dog walk area, coin-operated laundry facilities, and modern bathhouses with showers. Gather around our firepit in the evening, or enjoy a meal at your own picnic table with a fire ring at every site.

Our Glamping Mini Cabin is for those who enjoy a rustic adventure. No power, water, or sewer included. Picnic table and fire ring included. Our Deluxe Cabins offer power, water & restroom (no shower). Picnic table and fire ring included. Restrooms & Showers located at the store/registration.

RV Sites

Spacious RV sites with 20/30/50 AMP, most include full hook-up. All sites have picnic table and fire ring.

I cannot say enough about this location and the owners/managers! We had a house fire and was fortunate enough to reach out to Nature's Trace for help. They got us a tiny house ready in record time and made us feel at home. The privacy at this location is incredible - nothing like other RV/Camp properties I have ever seen. When they are totally finished with this location, it will be one of the best RV Parks you have ever seen. Nature's Trace is heavily wooded, which provides shade, nature, and privacy. We had nightly visits from a big bunny and countless birds to watch. The tiny house was not tiny feeling at all. We had plenty of space and all the comforts of home. The mini-split ACs kept us chilly on the hottest of days. Oriental is close for sight-seeing, as is New Bern. However, you feel like you are "in the middle of nowhere" once you go beyond the property gates. It is the best of both worlds! Speaking of gates, the property is gated, so you feel even more protected within the property. Again, I cannot brag enough about this park, the owners, and the potential it has!
